What is a suggested email template for the Ambassadors login email?

In order to invite your Ambassadors into Eventree, to start selling tickets, you will need to send them a login email.

It may be a good idea to include certain things in this email, here are our suggestions:

  • What is the process of the scheme, how does it all work with your event?

  • What are the available rewards, if Ambassadors sell a certain number of tickets, what do they get?

  • How do they claim their rewards?

  • If they sell all their allocated tickets, and wish to sell more, who do they contact?

  • It may also be a good idea to list an email address for a contact at your event, in case they have any questions - we would also recommend an FAQ doc!
