Searching Custom Fields on The Entry System

If you are using Custom Data Fields, then there may be times when you want to search for that data when you're on site.
The most common example of this is Vehicle Registration.
To look up a vehicle reg, go to Search and enter the data that has been entered into the custom data field, for example searching a particular vehicle reg, like so.
If there are results for that search term, they will appear with a yellow underline.
