How do I add another Pass type?

First of all, you'll need to be an Event Admin in order to do this.

Passes will broadly be the same as the wristbands you have (artist, crew, trader) or vehicle passes (blue parking, live-in field etc.) but they pretty much entitle the person who turns up with the Pass to something e.g. a wristband, entry to a car park, or a radio.

To add new Pass types:

1) Click on Passes in the left menu:

2) Then click on + Add Pass

From here you will be able to add a new Pass type:

Follow the form through. Anything marked with a * must be completed and any field with a '?' will give you more information. For example it may be a Crew Child pass that is marked as a Dependent ticket, therefore it must be assigned to a guardian for them to enter the event.
