How can I add Welcome Text for group leaders?

You may like to add some Welcome Text that group leaders see when they login to eventree.
In a similar way to email templates, you can add this either at Event level under Event Settings > Welcome Text, or you can add different text for each Area if you wish to adapt it for different sections.
When a group leader logs in to eventree their welcome text will appear here - below the Passes box, but above the grid.
