Can I ask people to upload documents as part of their form?

The document management functions in eventree are very powerful.  This section just describes how to build uploads into your form.

If you would like your applicants to upload documents, use the File Upload field:

You can tick to make this mandatory and label with your own heading as usual. 

Upload Category.  This is a very useful feature of eventree, giving an event organiser an extremely effective way of managing documents uploaded via the system, especially if they have an expiry date.  

For example, selecting ‘Public liability insurance certificate (will prompt for expiry date)’, means the applicant will have to put the expiry date of their certificate in when uploading.  This means it will be easy for you to view the document, give access to others to view the document and will also flag when the document is due to expire (the system will send the applicant a message to warn them they need to log in and upload a new document)
